What is Kundalini Yoga?

Kundalini Yoga is an ancient powerful technology for self-mastery and self-knowledge, awakening one’s potential and connecting with the higher self. It strengthens, stretches and slims the body, clears, calms and focuses the mind, opens, heals and magnetises the heart, while expanding awareness and elevating consciousness.
